1. Processing Times
- Standard sizes: delivered in about 4–6 weeks.
- Custom sizes: delivered in about 4–8 weeks – each gown is sewn to your exact measurements, so it takes a little longer.
- Priority handling + express delivery (+$50): moves your gown to the front of the queue – standard sizes are delivered in about 4–5 weeks and custom sizes in about 4–6 weeks. Choose it at checkout.
These times include making your gown and shipping it to you. We recommend ordering at least 10 weeks before your wedding, to leave time for alterations.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
- Standard delivery: $49.99 within the United States, $69.99 international.
- Priority handling + express delivery: $99.99 within the United States, $119.99 international.
- You choose your option at checkout, and the charge is shown before you pay.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Lace Reverie is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Delivery times vary by destination.
- You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
4. Shipping Locations
- We ship globally, except to countries where local import regulations prevent delivery.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes in their country.
5. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for returns.
