1. Purchase Terms
- All gowns are made to order. An order can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After that it is in production and cannot be cancelled.
- Standard size gowns may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies.
- Custom-sized and customized gowns (e.g., neckline, sleeves, train) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Sale and full-price gowns follow the same return rules.
2. Order Processing
- Standard sizes — production and shipping: about 4–6 weeks.
- Custom sizes — production and shipping: about 4–8 weeks.
- Priority handling (+$50, available at checkout): standard sizes about 4–5 weeks, custom sizes about 4–6 weeks.
- Refunds are issued within 10 business days of the returned gown arriving back with us, less the 15% restocking fee.
3. Use of Website
- You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, or attempt to breach security.
- All content, images, and product descriptions are the property of Lace Reverie and may not be used without permission.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- All trademarks, logos, designs, and content on this website are owned or licensed by Lace Reverie.
- Reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
