1. How long will it take to receive my made-to-order bridal gown?

The majority of our gowns are made to order to ensure the perfect fit and a deeply personal experience. Standard orders typically arrive within 8–9 weeks from the date of purchase. If you’re working with a shorter timeline, rush production may be available for an additional fee, with delivery in approximately 4–5 weeks. Please contact us before placing a rush order to confirm availability.

2. Can I return my gown if it doesn’t fit or if I change my mind?

We gladly accept returns for numeric size gowns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the gown is unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition.
However, custom size gowns are final sale, as they are made specifically to your unique measurements.

3. Can I request customizations for my gown?

4. Do I need alterations to ensure my gown fits perfectly?

Most brides require some professional tailoring for a flawless fit, especially if ordering a standard size. We recommend selecting a size based on your largest measurement (bust, waist, or hips), and then tailoring the gown as needed. This allows room for adjustments and ensures you feel your absolute best on your day.

5. How should I choose my size and take accurate measurements?

We recommend using a professional seamstress or tailor to take your measurements, but you can also do it at home with a soft measuring tape and a friend.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Bust – Fullest part, with arms relaxed at your sides.
• Waist – Narrowest point of your torso.
• Hips – Fullest part of your hips and bottom.
• Hollow to Hem – Base of your neck to floor (wearing your wedding shoes, if possible).
• Heel Height – The height of the shoes you plan to wear.
