Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident and cherished in your gown. Because our pieces are crafted with care, we kindly ask you to review the following return guidelines before making a purchase.

Returns for Standard (Numeric) Size Gowns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Gowns must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• To begin a return, please use our Contact Form and include your order number and return request.

Processing time: Up to 4 weeks to allow for detailed inspection of the returned gown.

Restocking fee: A 10%–35% fee applies to returned gowns depending on the style.

• Shipping, rush, and customization fees are non-refundable.

• Exchanges for another size or style are welcome and will not incur a restocking fee.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Health and personal care items
  • Customized items, including custom sized gowns
  • Used or oltered items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Gowns ordered in custom sizes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Gowns ordered with special customization requests (such as a custom neckline, sleeve style, train length).
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that has been customized or altered
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

• After inspection, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Please allow up to 4 weeks for return processing.

• A 10%–35% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund (not applicable for exchanges).

• Shipping, rush, and customization fees are non-refundable.

• Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Order Cancellations

Because all gowns are made to order, we do not accept cancellations once an order is placed.
If your gown is eligible for return, please refer to the return guidelines above.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Instructions

Contact Us
Submit your request through our contact form with your order number and reason for return.

Return Authorization
Once your return is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return authorization.

Package the Gown
Ensure the gown is clean, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with tags attached.

Ship the Item
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured method.
